01Can I split one format across a few SKUs, or run a small test order first?
Yes — that is the cleanest way to trial a product or reach a minimum without committing to a full run. Send us the mix and we will line-price each SKU, so smaller launches stay flexible.
02Can you match or reverse-engineer a box we already use?
Yes — send us a physical sample or a few photos with dimensions, and we rebuild the dieline and material spec to match. You keep the files, and we keep the result off the shelf.
03Are samples charged, and does the cost come off my order?
Digital 3D mockups are free. A physical sample is a small charge that is credited against the production order, so you do not pay twice to see the final box in hand.
04What pushes production lead time out, and can you rush a launch?
Volume and finishing are the main drivers — the more complex the finish and the larger the run, the longer it takes. We flag expedited and capacity limits on the quote, so you can plan a launch to the day.
05How many revisions are included with my design work?
Two full revision rounds are included with each dieline and artwork project, and we log each change so you always know which version is current.
